About the Personal Absorbent Products Council (PAPC)

The Personal Absorbent Products Council (PAPC) is a division of the Institute for Polyacrylate Absorbents, Inc. that represents companies which manufacture disposable diapers, training pants, adult incontinence products, and external feminine hygiene products containing superabsorbent material. PAPC was formed to further pursue common interests in the safety of consumer products containing superabsorbent material.
